Transparent pricing
Per-developer rates published below. No hidden add-ons. No “contact sales” wall. Pick the deployment mode, pick the product, subscribe through the channel you prefer.
Two ways to deploy
Same product, same per-developer rates below. What differs is where the agents run and how you pay.
Hosted Starter
Fastest startWe run the agents on our infrastructure. You point a CLI or IDE extension at us and start using it. No AWS account setup, no terraform.
- Direct billing via Stripe (credit card or invoice)
- 14-day free trial — Pro intelligence, no credit card required
- Bring your own LLM key — use your OpenAI/Anthropic contract for a 10% discount
- Monthly or annual billing (annual saves ~10%)
- Upgrade path to BYOC when you're ready — no data migration
Bring Your Own Cloud
EnterpriseAgents deploy to your AWS account via signed Terraform. Your code, prompts, and outputs never leave your VPC.
- Billing via AWS Marketplace (rolls into your existing AWS invoice)
- Month-to-month, 12-month (~10% off), or 24-month (~15% off) terms
- Private offers available for multi-year, volume, and custom terms
- Your AWS infrastructure cost on top (typically $200–$500/month baseline)
- Full architecture disclosure for security review

Rates above are monthly per developer. AWS Marketplace listings include 12-month (~10% off) and 24-month (~15% off) commit options.

Discount paths
Stackable. No haggling required — the discount you see here is the discount applied when you subscribe.
Alpha Program discount
5–17% lifetime
Autonoma's Alpha cohort receives a lifetime discount stacked from four factors: team size, product breadth (single / pair / full platform), intelligence tier, and billing period. Apply via the alpha program landing page.
Bring Your Own LLM Key
10% off Hosted Starter
Route LLM requests through your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key. You're billed directly by the provider for tokens; we take LLM variance off your Autonoma invoice and apply a 10% discount as thanks.
Annual commit (BYOC)
~10% off month-to-month
Commit 12 months via AWS Marketplace. Automatic discount at checkout. 24-month commit saves ~15%.
Private offer (BYOC)
Negotiable multi-year
For multi-year commits, large seat counts, or custom terms. Delivered via AWS Marketplace private offer — your AWS procurement workflow, our pricing flexibility. Email sales@theautonoma.io and expect a response within one business day.
Questions we get
Do I have to talk to sales to buy?
No. Every product on this page has a public AWS Marketplace listing — click through, subscribe, and you're set up within minutes. You only talk to us if you want multi-year private-offer terms, or you want to run through a procurement checklist. Our Trust Center answers most of those questions proactively.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. Hosted Starter supports invoice billing via Stripe for annual commits. BYOC goes through your AWS Marketplace invoice, which your finance team already has set up. No net-new vendor onboarding required.
What's the difference between Hosted Starter and BYOC pricing?
The per-developer rate is identical. What differs is what you additionally pay for: on Hosted Starter, we carry the infrastructure cost and your Autonoma invoice is the total. On BYOC, you pay Autonoma the same rate plus your AWS infrastructure cost (~$200–$500/mo baseline, scales with usage).
What counts as “one developer”?
A unique human account that can invoke agents. We meter by active seats per billing cycle. Dormant seats (no activity in 30 days) are automatically removed from the billable count — no over-provisioning tax.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days on Hosted Starter with Pro intelligence, no credit card required. At day 14 you can convert to a paid Hosted Starter plan, upgrade to BYOC, or let the trial lapse (data soft-deleted at day 14, hard-deleted at day 22).
What happens if I hit my included quotas?
You pay the overage rate on whatever went over — no hard cut-off mid-workflow. For Hosted Starter, there's a 3× soft cap beyond which you'll see a quota-reached prompt with an upgrade option; BYOC has no hard cap since you're paying for the substrate.
How do you handle my code and prompts?
BYOC: your code never leaves your AWS account. Hosted Starter: your code is encrypted at rest and retained per plan-specific retention policy. Full data-handling policy in the Trust Center.
What about SOC 2, pen tests, compliance?
SOC 2 Type I target is Q4 2026, external penetration test Q3 2026 — we're bootstrapped and explicit about where we are on the compliance roadmap. See the full roadmap. For customers whose procurement requires SOC 2 today, we can accelerate specific controls documentation during evaluation — contact security@theautonoma.io.
